Ingredients:Oil – 2 tbspOnion – 1/2 cup (chopped)Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)Garlic – 6 to 8 clovesCabbage – 1 cup (chopped)Carrot – 1/4 cup (chopped)Mushroom – 1/4 cup (chopped)Green chilli – 1 to 2 (chopped)Paneer – 150 gms (cut in cubes)Hakka noodles – 150 gmsRed chilli powder – 1 tspSalt to tasteLemon juice – 2 tspDhania leaves for garnishing
Boil noodles and keep them aside.
Saute the veggies and add paneer with water.
Stir until paneer is cooked well, add salt, lemon juice, and cooked noodles and garnish with dhania.
