All you need to make tomato ketchup at home is tomato, olive oil, garlic, raisins, ginger, dry red chillies, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Take 1 kgs of fresh tomatoes and put them in a large slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients, except olive oil.
Let the tomatoes cook till the entire mixture had reduced to the half. Take it off the heat and let it cool.
After the mixture has cooled down, put it in a blender, add olive oil and blend it till it makes a thick texture.
Adjust the salt and pepper. Take a clean, glass container that is air tight and store it for several days. Enjoy the ketchup with fries, burgers and other Indian snacks.
