Boil some noodles, completely drain them and keep them aside.
In a bowl, add some chilli flakes, chopped garlic, soy sauce, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and peanut butter.
Heat up some cooking oil and pour it right over the ingredients in the bowl. Make a thick paste.
Add the noodles in the bowl and give it a good stir. Add chopped spring onions.
Serve your peanut butter noodles with a side of fried egg and enjoy.
