Take some boiled potatoes and mash them properly. You can leave it a little lumpy, if you prefer, otherwise make a smooth mash.
In a pan, heat some butter and add chopped garlic to it.
After the garlic turns golden, add a tbsp of all-purpose flour. Let it cook and then add a cup of milk.
Now, add the mashed potatoes and keep stirring for 5 minutes to avoid lump formation.
Add grated cheese and some parsley to top it. Enjoy the creamiest mashed potatoes.
