Boil the noodles with some salt and then drain it properly. Wash with cold water, sprinkle some oil and let it rest.
Cut you vegetables like onions, garlic, spring onion, capsicum, carrots and beans. Heat up oil in a deep pan.
Next, fry all your vegetables till they are cooked. Add salt, chilli powder and pepper.
Now, add the boiled noodles and mix well. Cook on high flame and add all the sauces like soya, tomato, chilli sauce.
Cook for a couple more minutes and switch off the flame. Serve hot with some munchurian or chicken chilli.
