Momos are dumplings that originally hail from Tibet. These dumplings can be filled with minced chicken, veggies or pork and are often served with hot chutney.

Momos have now become a sensation across the nation, but equally popular is the red chilli and garlic chutney. Fiery hot and irresistible. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients

-5-6 pieces - red chilli -5-6 pieces - garlic V-inegar (enough to make it in liquid form) -Pinch of baking powder

Step 1

In a mixer, add red chilli, vinegar and garlic and mix

Step 2

Mix together till it forms a paste. You can add water to adjust consistency, but it is a little thick and paste like.

Step 3

Serve hot momos with the fresh chutney you just prepared. You can also throw in a spoon of mayonnaise on the side.
