Dahi bhalla papdi chaat is a popular Indian street food that is renowned for its explosion of flavours, texture and vibrant colours. This delightful dish consists of crispy papdi, soft dahi bhalla, tangy chutneys and an array of savoury spices. Take a look at how to make street-style dahi bhalla papdi chaat at home:
¼ cup of green chutney ¼ cup of dates and tamarind chutney 1 tsp roasted jeera powder ½ tsp of chaat masala Red chilli powder as per taste 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves Sev as needed 2 tbsp of pomegranate Red chutney as needed 8 ready-made bhallas 12 papdi 3 cups whisked curd 1 tbsp of powdered sugar 2 medium potatoes ½ cup of boiled chickpeas
Arrange the papdis on a plate and place dahi bhallas on top.
Drizzle tamarind, green and red chutney over them.
Roughly break the boiled potatoes and add to the papadi and dahi bhallas. Add the boiled chickpeas as well.

Whisk yoghurt and keep it in the refrigerator till you use it. It is good if the yoghurt is slightly gold.
Cover the papdi and dahi bhallas with yoghurt as much as possible. Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt.
Garnish with coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.
