Rinse your chicken under cold running water and then pat it dry with paper towels.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Let this rest for an hour.
After an hour, add paprika powder, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice over the chicken.
Brush the chicken with butter and oil all over it. Preheat your oven.
Place the chicken breast up in the over. Roast it at 220 c for an hour, till it is golden. Serve with mashed potatoes.
