How To Make Restaurant-Style Tandoori Gobi At Home?

Ingredients

1 medium-sized cauliflower, cut into florets  1 cup of thick yoghurt  2 tablespoons of tandoori masala  1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste  1 tablespoon of lemon juice  1 teaspoon of red chilli powder  1 teaspoon of turmeric powder Salt to taste  2 tablespoons of vegetable oil  Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Step 1

Prepare the marinade by combining yoghurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well to form a smooth paste.

Step 2

Add the cauliflower florets to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Allow the cauliflower to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the marinated cauliflower florets on it.

Step 4

Drizzle vegetable oil over the cauliflower florets bake them in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until they are tender and slightly charred.

Step 5

Once done, garnish the tandoori gobi with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve with mint chutney
