Shake Shake Fries are a fun, delicious snack perfect for any occasion. Here's how to make them at home.
3 large potatoes 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 zip-lock bag
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin fries. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Drain and pat dry the fries. Toss them in a bowl with few drops of oil. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
In a zip-lock bag, combine salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Add the hot fries to the bag, seal it, and shake well to coat the fries with seasoning. Enjoy your homemade Shake Shake Fries immediately!
