How To Make Restaurant-Style Lasagna? Follow This Step-Wise Guide

Are you craving for cheesy lasagna just like your favourite Italian restaurant serves? Well, with this recipe, you can make the masterpiece at home. Just follow these steps and enjoy!

Ingredients

For Meat Sauce: 1 tablespoon olive oil ½ pound meat ½ cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic 1 can crushed tomatoes 250 ml tomato sauce ½ teaspoon dried oregano ¼ teaspoon dried basil Salt and pepper to taste For The Filling: 500 gram ricotta cheese 1 egg ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 box lasagna noodles 250 gram mozzarella cheese

Step 1

Heat olive oil and cook the ground meat of your choice.  Add onion and garlic.

Step 2

Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Till the sauce cooks, combine ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Boil the lasagna noodles till soft and preheat the oven.

Step 5

Take a baking tray and spread a layer of meat sauce. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles and then the cheese mixture.

Step 6

Cover the lasagna with a foil and bake for 30 minutes. Let the cheese set, and then serve.
