Create a refreshing piña colada at home with just a few simple ingredients. This tropical blend of rum, coconut, and pineapple is perfect for any summer gathering or to simply unwind.
180 ml white rum 180 ml coconut cream 180 ml pineapple juice 120 gm frozen pineapple chunks 4 cups ice 120 ml golden rum (optional) Pineapple wedges or leaves for garnish (optional)
Place the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice into a blender.
Add the frozen pineapple chunks and ice to the blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth and fully combined. Pour the blended drink into glasses.
Float the golden rum on top of each glass, if using.
Garnish with pineapple leaves or wedges, and serve immediately.
