How To Make Rava-Oats Ladoo For Winters

Winters are meant for ladoos, and guess what a lot of these ladoos can be nourishing and protein-rich too, take for instance this Rava-Oats Ladoo. 

Ingredients:

2 cup rava 1/2 cup oats ground 2 tsp desi ghee 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup coconut grated 3 tsp khoya 3 tsp milkmaid 1 tsp cardamom powder 1/2 cup assorted dry fruits 

Step 1

Heat ghee in pan, add rava, powdered oats. Roast till colour changes and mixture is aromatic. 

Step 2

Add sugar and cardamom powder. Keep stirring on low flame. Add coconut powder and dry fruits. Set aside to cool. Grind mixture to fine powder. 

Step 3

To this fine powder, add Milkmaid and start shaping the ladoos. Coat with desiccated coconut.
