How To Make Quick Chicken Stew In Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

2 onions (chopped) 4-5 garlic (minced) 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 180 gms chicken with bones Handful of curry leaves 1 cup green beans (chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped) 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)

Ingredients

1 cup potatoes (chopped) 1 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp butter/olive oil Salt and pepper as per taste Handful of coriander leaves (chopped) 1 cube of butter to garnish 

First wash and clean the chicken pieces. Soak it in warm water with a pinch of salt, drain, pat dry and make incisions in the chicken. 

Meanwhile, wash and chop the veggies and keep aside. 

Now take a pressure cooker, melt butter in it, add onion, curry leaves, green chillies and garlic. Saute till golden. 

Add the rest of the veggies, followed by spices, and keep sauteing.

Now add in the chicken, ginger garlic paste and coconut milk. Cook for 5 minutes and adjust the consistency by adding water. Cover and cook for 3 whistles.  

Once done, add coriander leaves and butter. Serve hot.
