Punjabi cuisine is known for its bold flavours, and no meal is complete without chutneys or pickles. If you want to add some spice to your food, you can quickly make this Punjabi onion chutney.
Onion - 1 Ginger - 1 Green chillies - 2 Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch Salt to taste
Grind the onion, ginger, green chillies, and coriander leaves with a blender or in a food processor till you get a smooth paste.
Heat up some vegetable oil and add cumin seeds.
Pour the sizzling seeds onto the paste and mix well.
Mix in lemon juice and some salt to taste.
Store the onion chutney in an air-tight container and pair it with all your meals.
