You need very basic ingredients to make the perfect pudding at home. All you need is condensed milk, milk, biscuits, butter, corn starch and seasonal fruits of your choice.
Take a tin of condensed milk and make sure it is sealed. Put it in a pressure cooker with 3/4 water and cook till one whistle. Then, cook without a whistle for 40 minutes on a low flame.
Next, take a packet of digestive biscuits and crush till they are powdered in a blender. Now, melt some butter in a pan and mix it with the biscuit powder.
Heat up 2 cups of milk in a pan and add half a tin of condensed milk. Cook for 10 minutes or till the mil has reduced to 3/4th. Now, add corn starch and cook for 2 minutes.
Start layering the pudding in a dish. First, put the layer of crumbled biscuits, then add the layer of milk. Finally, open the can of condensed milk cooked in pressure cooker and pour a layer of it on top.
Freeze the pudding for 3-4 hours. Garnish with your favourite fruits like strawberries, mangoes or bananas. You toffee pudding is ready to serve.
