Quinoa dosa is a healthy and delicious alternative to the traditional dosa. Packed with protein and fibre, this gluten-free version is perfect for a nutritious breakfast or light dinner.
1 cup quinoa ½ cup urad dal (split black gram) ¼ cup rice 1 tsp fenugreek seeds Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Soak quinoa, urad dal, rice, and fenugreek seeds in water for 4-6 hours. Drain the water and grind the soaked mixture into a smooth batter. Add water as needed.
Ferment the batter overnight or for 8 hours. Add salt to the fermented batter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it thinly in a circular motion. Drizzle some oil and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side briefly. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
