Fruity jams are the best part about making a light and savoury breakfast. To get the tropical sweetness in a jar, you can pineapple jam this season. Here’s a step-wise recipe to make the jam at home.
Chopped pineapple - 2 cups Sugar - 3/4 cup Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Take a pineapple and finely chop or grate the fruit.
Heat the pieces in a pan and add sugar and lemon juice till the mixture boils.
Add vanilla extract and let it simmer for an hour till the jam thickens.
Once you get your desired consistency, store it in an air-tight container.
