How To Make Picador Cocktail

One can call it a classically proportioned Margarita, Picador was first published in Willliam. J. “Billy” Tarling’s 1937 Café Royal Bar Book, 16 years before the written mention of Margarita.

Ingredients

60 ml tequila 30 ml Triple sec liqueur 30 ml Lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. 

The recipe is slightly on the sour side, so you can add 1 tsp of spoon if needed.
