Malpua, a traditional Indian sweet, is best enjoyed when it's soft, fluffy, and perfectly golden. Here’s how you can make this delicious treat at home with ease.

In a bowl, mix flour, semolina, sugar, fennel seeds, and cardamom powder. Gradually add milk, whisking to create a smooth, lump-free batter. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a pan, heat ghee on medium flame.Pour a small ladleful of batter into the hot ghee. Fry until golden and fluffy on both sides.
Dip the fried Malpua in warm sugar syrup for a few seconds, then remove and serve.
