Paneer tikka is a popular Indian appetiser, loved for its smoky, spicy flavours. Making it at home in an OTG is easy and ensures perfectly grilled, flavourful paneer every time.
Mix yoghurt, spices (turmeric, cumin, garam masala), ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and oil. Coat paneer cubes and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
Set the OTG to 200°C and preheat for 10 minutes. Arrange the marinated paneer on skewers with vegetables like onions and peppers.
Place the skewers on the OTG rack and grill for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Garnish with chaat masala and lemon juice.
