A great breakfast or snack is this peanut butter and banana smoothie.
It is rich and creamy, packed with sweet and nutty flavour, and made with peanut butter, frozen bananas, and whole rolled oats.
1 frozen banana ⅓ cup whole rolled oats 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter Handfuls of ice Chocolate chips, optional, for topping ¾ cup almond milk
Vanilla protein powder Maca powder Splash of cold brew coffee Cocoa or cacao powder
Take a blender, place the banana, oats, peanut butter, and almond milk. Blend until smooth. Now take desired amount of ice & blend the mixture well. Pour into your favourite glass and serve, topped with chocolate chips.
