How To Make Paneer  Tikka At Home

Paneer Tikka is an Indian appetizer that is staple at all parties. Paneer chunks marinated with yogurt  and spices, grilled until  charred and smoky, paneer  tikka is just what you  need to kickstart an unforgettable feast.

Ingredients

200 gram paneer cubes 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 1 onion 1 tomato As required: ingredients for  marinade 1/4 cup hung curd or yogurt 2 tbsp gram flour

Ingredients

2 tsp mustard oil 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves  1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 2 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder As required: salt As required: red chili powder

Step 1

Take paneer cubes, deseed and  dice the vegetables. Mix the ingredients for marination,  and add paneer and veggies  to the marinade.

Step 2

Mix gently until paneer and vegetables are well coated. Refrigerate for minimum  1 hour.

Step 3

Skew the veggies and paneer alternatively on skewers  or tooth picks.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick pan and cook  the paneer skewers on  medium flame using oil, till  the paneer and veggies are  light brown in colour from all  sides.
