Full-fat milk - 6 cups Vinegar or lemon juice - 2 to 3 tablespoons
Heat the full-fat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan till it boils. Keep stirring to avoid scorching.
When the milk boils, add lemon juice or vinegar to the pan, and you’ll see the milk curdling.
Stir to separate the curds from the remaining liquid.
Strain the curds using a cheesecloth and squeeze out the extra water.
Place the cheesecloth on a flat surface and put a heavy weight on top of it to give the paneer a set shape.
Once the paneer is set, cut into cubes and use it for any of your recipes.
