In a bowl start by adding grounded rolled oats, semolina, curd, turmeric, cumin powder, ginger paste, green chilies, onions, and tomatoes.
Give all the ingredients a good mix. Then start adding water little by little to balance the consistency.
The consistency should be not so thick, not so thin. Add salt to taste and mix it well again. Now start by heating a pan, then at low flame pour oil.
