Take 2 cups of rolled oats instead of all purpose flour and ground it in the food processor to make a fine powder.
Now, cut 2 bananas and mash them properly. Whisk full fat milk with the banana in a bowl, along with jaggery powder or honey.
Add the oats flour slowly into the milk and banana mixture. Gently whisk so that there are no lump formations. Add a couple drops of vanilla essence.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with butter. Pour little portions of the batter onto the pan. Flip till both sides are cooked properly.
Stack the pancakes on a plate and top them with dollops of butter and maple syrup. Also add banana slices for garnishing and enjoy your healthy oats and banana pancake.
Additionally, you can always add nutella or chocolate syrup to your pancakes and add any kind of fruit topping that you might like.
