Chicken Green chillies Ginger chopped Onions chopped Garlic Coriander Leaves Lemon Juice Black Pepper
In a kadai, add chicken pieces, ginger chopped and some whole green chillies. Add hot water and bring the chicken to boil.
Roast garlic and some green chillies. Grind it to a coarse paste using mortar and pestle.
Add the coarse paste to the chicken. Further add, chopped onions, chopped ginger, coriander leaves, lemon juice and black pepper. Give it a mix.
Once the chicken becomes soft and tender, shred the chicken pieces.
Your Tohan Mosdeng is ready. Serve it with rice.
