How To Make No Oil Tripuri Style Chicken Salad – Tohan Mosdeng

This is an absolutely delicious and healthy chicken recipe and is a delightful blend of traditional Tripuri flavour and other ingredients. The recipe extends a burst of tangy, spicy and aromatic goodness in every bite. Check out how to make Tohan Mosdeng, a no oil chicken salad. 

Ingredients

Chicken Green chillies   Ginger chopped Onions chopped   Garlic Coriander Leaves Lemon Juice Black Pepper 

Step 1

In a kadai, add chicken pieces, ginger chopped and some whole green chillies. Add hot water and bring the chicken to boil. 

Step 2

Roast garlic and some green chillies. Grind it to a coarse paste using mortar and pestle. 

Step 3

Add the coarse paste to the chicken. Further add, chopped onions, chopped ginger, coriander leaves, lemon juice and black pepper. Give it a mix. 

Step 4

Once the chicken becomes soft and tender, shred the chicken pieces. 

Step 5

Your Tohan Mosdeng is ready. Serve it with rice.
