How To Make Mutton Sukka? A Spicy South Indian Favourite

Craving a bold, spicy mutton dish? Mutton Sukka is a popular South Indian dry preparation, loaded with aromatic spices, perfect for satisfying your meat cravings. It's a must-try for any non-veg lover! 

Ingredients

500g mutton (cut into pieces) 1 onion (finely chopped) 2 tomatoes (chopped) 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 sprig curry leaves 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala Fresh coriander (for garnish) Salt (to taste) 

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste. 

Step 2

Add tomatoes, turmeric, chilli, and coriander powders. Cook until oil separates. Add mutton and salt. Cook until browned. 

Step 3

Cover and cook on low heat until mutton is tender. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander. Serve hot!
