How To Make Mumbai Special Nagori Chai

Beyond the famous cutting chai, Mumbai’s Nagori tea is also very popular. It's basically a chai with more milk in it. All you need to do is add generous amount of milk to your regular chai.

Ingredients

Milk Tea leaves Boiled milk Sugar 

Heat milk in a saucepan.

In another pan, boil water, add tea leaves and brew.

To it add the boiled milk and brew for some more time. 

Add sugar to it, boil and serve.
