Beyond the famous cutting chai, Mumbai’s Nagori tea is also very popular. It's basically a chai with more milk in it. All you need to do is add generous amount of milk to your regular chai.

Milk
Tea leaves
Boiled milk
Sugar
Heat milk in a saucepan.
In another pan, boil water, add tea leaves and brew.
To it add the boiled milk and brew for some more time.
