Creating nutritious multigrain atta at home is a straightforward process that ensures you have control over the quality of ingredients. Here's a simple guide:
1 kg whole wheat 50 gms oats 50 gms chana dal 50 gms ragi 25 gms flax seed 25 gms finger millet 25 gms soya bean
Combine the desired quantities of all your grains, feel free to add more or less based on your personal tastes.
Rinse the grains and let them dry completely. If needed, rub them gently with a clean towel.
Toast the grains gently in a pan until they release a pleasant aroma.
Allow the roasted grains to cool to room temperature then grind into a fine flour.
Pass the flour through a fine sieve to remove any coarse particles.
Transfer the multigrain atta into an airtight container to maintain freshness.
