1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar ½ cup cocoa powder ½ cup coconut oil (melted) ½ cup almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Pour batter into the tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
