How To Make Liquid Dough Parathas

When you're in the mood for hot parathas, but don't have the energy to knead, this recipe brings the best of both worlds.

You'll need a cup of atta, 1½ cups of water, 1 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste , ¼ tsp turmeric powder, and salt, as required.

Add atta, turmeric powder, freshly chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Add water and ghee to the dry ingredients and whisk well.

Rest the batter for five to ten minutes.

Take a non-stick tawa and put it on medium-low heat. Ladle in the batter and spread evenly.

Cook the batter till it changes colour, then flip and cook the other side.
