Diwali is incomplete without kaju katli on the plate of sweets. Try out the easiest recipe of kaju katli with simple steps to make it in your home to impress your guests.
1 cup cashews 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon ghee
Combine sugar and water. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves completely.
Once the sugar syrup reaches a one-string consistency, add the cashew powder.
Stir continuously on low heat until the mixture comes together and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Grease a plate or tray with ghee. Transfer the mixture to the greased plate and spread it evenly. Let it cool completely.
Once cooled, cut the mixture into diamond-shaped pieces.
