Ingredients

1 cup cashews 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon ghee

Step 1

Combine sugar and water. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 2

Once the sugar syrup reaches a one-string consistency, add the cashew powder.

Step 3

Stir continuously on low heat until the mixture comes together and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Step 4

Grease a plate or tray with ghee. Transfer the mixture to the greased plate and spread it evenly. Let it cool completely.
