How To Make  Kadak Masala Chai

A kadak masala chai is enough to shoot your woes away. Wondering how to perfect it each time? We have a fool proof recipe to try at home.

Ingredients

Equal quantity of:   Clove   Cardamom   Cinnamon   Black Peppercorns   Ginger- ¼ tsp   Milk- ½ cup   Water- 1 cup   Jaggery- ½ tsp   Black tea leaves- 1 tsp  

Grind all the spices together in a blender to make a powder.  

Boil water, add the ground spices and let it simmer for a minute.  

Add tea leaves, close the lid and let it infuse for a minute.  

Now add milk and jaggery. Strain and serve.
