Take minced chicken. Add gram flour and a little rice flour to it, along with spices of your choice.
Make tikkis out of the minced chicken and deep fry it in a pan. Keep them aside.
Take a burger bun and cut it in half. Add a layer of mayo, then add a chicken tikki.
Next, layer it with some cheese, onion slices, tomato slices and mayo again.
Now, add another chicken tikki to make the burger heavy and delicious.
Put a final layer of tomato, onion and cheese and cover it up with the other half of the bun. Your chicken burger is ready.
