How To Make Hydrating Cucumber Juice In Minutes

Cucumber juice is an easy, refreshing drink. Packed with the hydrating benefits of cucumber, lemon, and mint, it’s a great way to enjoy a healthy and flavourful beverage.

Ingredients

6 cups water 2 English cucumbers 1 lemon (juice and zest) 2 tbsp fresh mint

Step 1

Slice off both ends of the cucumbers and peel them. Chop the cucumbers into large pieces for easy blending.

Step 2

Add cucumbers, water, lemon zest, lemon juice, and mint to a blender.

Step 3

Blend the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth. Strain the juice using a strainer over a large bowl.

Step 4

Discard the solid leftovers and enjoy the cucumber juice immediately.

Step 5

Store any remaining juice in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
