How To Make Gajar Ka Halwa In  Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

500 gms carrot (peeled and grated) 50 gms ghee ½ cup sugar 2 green cardamoms 2 tbsp condensed milk 1 cup milk ½ cup water 2 tbsp almonds 2 tbsp cashews 2 tbsp raisins

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add crushed green cardamom with grated carrots and saute for 5 minutes.

Now add ½ cup of water to the cooker, cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame.

Now open the lid, add milk and sugar. Mix and cook for 10 minutes.

Chop almonds and cashews, add them to the cooker with raisins. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add condensed milk, cook for 2 minutes. Once the halwa dries up, it is ready to be served.
