Dhaniya chutney is a versatile and refreshing condiment that pairs well with many Indian dishes. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make this chutney at home in no time.
Take 1 cup fresh coriander leaves, 2 green chillies, 1-inch ginger, and 1-2 garlic cloves.
In a mixer, blend the coriander, chillies, ginger, garlic, and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Add ½ tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, and 1 tbsp water to the mixture.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth, adding water for desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve fresh with snacks or meals!
