Dhaniya Chutney, a popular coriander-based sauce, is gluten-free and vegan. This easy-to-make chutney pairs beautifully with Indian snacks like pakoras, sandwiches, and fritters. It’s perfect for accompanying any meal or snack.
1 cup chopped coriander leaves (50g) 2 tsp chopped green chillies 1 inch chopped ginger ½ tsp roasted cumin powder (optional) 1 tsp lemon juice 2-3 pinches black salt (optional) Salt as required ¼ tsp chaat masala (optional) 1-2 tbsp water
Add chopped coriander, ginger, and green chillies to a blender.
Add lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt, and regular salt as per taste. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of water into the blender.
Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth chutney consistency.
Taste the chutney and adjust salt or lemon juice if needed.
Store the chutney in a covered container in the fridge.
Serve the chutney with your favourite snacks, and enjoy!
