How To Make Eggless Vanilla Cake Under An Hour

With its pillowy soft crumb and rich and creamy vanilla flavour, vanilla cake is undoubtedly one of the simplest yet most popular cakes out there. If you are planning to bake one at home, we’ve got a simple recipe right here.  

Ingredients

1 cup of maida 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup castor sugar 1/4 cup butter 1 cup of milk 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp vinegar

Step 1

Place the maida in a sieve, add the baking powder, and transfer to a bowl.  

Step 2

In another bowl, take castor sugar and add butter to it. Whisk them well. 

Step 3

Add maida to the whisked castor sugar. Mix well, and then add a half cup of milk to the bowl and whisk again. 

Step 3

To the whisked mix, add vanilla essence and half a cup of milk; whisk again.

Step 4

Put the vinegar in the mix and whisk some more. Then pour the prepared cake batter in a mould and bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. 

Step 5

Take out the baked eggless vanilla cake, cut into small slices, and serve.
