Who doesn't love tandoori dishes? Tandoori masala bursts life into all the dishes, including Tandoori chicken, Tandoori paneer, mushroom tikka, and more. Although this masala can be bought, it is always best to make your own from scratch at home.

1/4 cup ginger powder 1/4 cup garlic powder 2 tablespoons chaat masala 1/4 cup garam masala 2 tablespoons of black pepper 1/4 cup onion powder 1/4 cup kasoori methi 1/4 cup red chilli powder 3/4 cup salt 1 teaspoon of coriander powder

Gather all the ingredients.

Simply mix all the ingredients and blend them in a mixer grinder to create a fine powder, then sift it through a sieve.

Store the masala in an airtight container to preserve its freshness and flavour.

1. Sun-dry the spices before grinding to make sure all the moisture is removed. 2. You can also dry roast your spices if sun-drying is not possible for you.
