Manchurian Stuffed Paneer is a fusion of Indo-Chinese flavours with soft and creamy paneer. With a spicy Manchurian filling inside a crispy paneer coating, this is perfect to add a twist to any meal or party platter. Here is how to make it:
200 g Paneer Oil 2 tablespoons cornflour 2 tablespoons maida Salt to taste Water as needed For the Manchurian 1 onion 1 capsicum 1 sprig spring onion 1 garlic 1 ginger 1 green chilli 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon tomato sauce Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan; add minced garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Sauté, then add onions and capsicum and cook until softened.
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, and salt, and mix well. Let cool.
Cut each paneer piece in the centre and add a spoonful of the filling.
Mix cornflour, maida, salt, and water to make a smooth batter. Dip each stuffed paneer piece in the batter.
Fry in oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
