How To Make Delicious Kaju Katli At Home

Kaju Katli is a popular Indian sweet made with cashew nuts and sugar syrup.

Ingredients

2 cups cashews 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup ghee

Step 1

Start bye Grinding the cashews in a food processor until they are finely ground. Do not over-grind.

Step 2

Now take a a saucepan, add in the sugar and water. Wait until it dissolves.

Step 3

Now Add the ground cashews and stir until the mixture thickens. Add the ghee and continue stirring until the mixture forms a smooth dough.

Step 4

Let the mixture cool for a few minutes. Place the dough on a flat surface and roll it out into a thin layer.

Step 5

Use a knife cut the dough into diamond shapes. Let the Kaju Katli pieces cool and harden for a few hours before serving.

Step 6

Your delicious Kaju Katli is now ready to enjoy. Garnish with nuts and enjoy!
