Karela chips are a crispy, healthy snack made from bitter gourd. They offer a unique combination of bitterness and spices, making them a perfect guilt-free option for snacking or tea-time.
2 medium karelas (bitter gourds) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp rice flour 1 tbsp oil
Thinly slice karela and remove seeds. Toss the slices with turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and rice flour.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the karela slices until crispy and golden. Drain excess oil on a paper towel. Serve immediately for best crunch!
