Fries are the most loved finger foods in the world. Instead of buying it from outside, let us learn how to make fries at home.
Step 1
Cut your potatoes into thin slices. Soak them in ice cold water.
Step 2
Drain the water properly. Make a mixture of cornflour, spices and salt.
Step 3
Coat the slices of potatoes in the cornflour mixture.
Step 4
Heat up refined oil in a wok. Put your potatoes into the oil and fry them till crispy.
Step 5
Drain the oil and serve the fries with ketchup or some other dip.
