Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan 200°C). Spray a baking tray with oil.

Step 2

Toast the breadcrumbs in the oven for 4 minutes, until golden.

Mix the breadcrumbs with parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
