This coconut milk smoothie is a refreshing, dairy-free blend of coconut milk, sweetener, and coconut chunks. It’s thick, creamy, and perfect for a quick, healthy drink.
2 cups coconut milk 2 tbsp maple syrup or preferred sweetener 1/2 cup coconut chunks (fresh or frozen) 1 cup ice 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Pour 2 cups of coconut milk into the blender. Add 2 tbsp of maple syrup or your preferred sweetener.
Add 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen coconut chunks. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
Add 1 cup of ice to the blended mixture.
Blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired creamy thickness.
Pour the smoothie into glasses. For a personalised touch, you can add a scoop of vanilla icecream, and serve immediately.
