Coconut barfi is a traditional Indian sweet that is known for its melt-in-mouth texture. With just a few basic ingredients like coconut, milk, and sugar, you can quickly whip up the dessert with this recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup grated coconut 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Ghee for cooking

Step 1

Take a pan and grease it with ghee.

Step 2

Mix grated coconut,  condensed milk, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder in a bowl.

Step 3

Cook the mixture in a pan over medium heat and keep stirring till the mixture thickens.

Step 4

Once you get the desired consistency, transfer the barfi into the greased pan. Let it cool.

Step 5

Cut into squares, garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
