Aloo will always have its special place in everyone's yummies list. Follow this 5-step preparation process for a delicacy favourite in hand.
4 Potatoes 4 Chopped onions and chillies ½ tbsp Carom seeds ¼ tbsp Asafoetida 1 tbsp Coriander powder ½ Red chilli powder Salt - as per taste 1 tbsp Rice flour 1 cup Besan/gram flour Oil for potato fry - as required
First, take four perfectly chopped potatoes into cubes along with onions and chillies into a bowl and mix them well.
Add ½ tbsp of carom, chilli powder, ¼ tbsp of asafoetida, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, ginger, coriander powder, salt, rice flour, and oil.
After adding the above proportions of ingredients, mix them thoroughly in a bowl. Now add rice flour and water to it and heat the pan.
Once the oil in the pan is heated, make small balls from the dough made and put them slowly into the frying pan.
Wait until it turns golden yellow. Voila! You can serve them on a plate and taste the mouthwatering aloo pyaaz pakore.
