Choorma Barfi is a popular Rajasthani sweet made from crushed wheat, jaggery, and ghee, often served during festive occasions. This easy-to-make treat is loved for its rich flavour, crumbly texture, and natural sweetness.
Roast 1 cup wheat flour in ½ cup ghee until golden brown.
Cool the roasted flour and crush into a fine mixture.
Melt ½ cup jaggery and mix it with the choorma until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a greased dish, press evenly, and cut into squares after cooling.
Top with chopped nuts for added flavour and texture.
